This is a platform used to share & link my past, current and future GLC training programs. These 6 week phases are in the tiers of access to all of my past ones, the current one programmed or access to incoming programs. GLC programs are structured on a subscription basis, charged monthly, which is two programs every three months (12 weeks). There are 4 different tiers to choose from; male current program, female current program, male all programs, female all programs.
